cause i very late sleep...
den got onli got 2 hours to play...

nv eat breakfast...

den scold me...

1pm trainin start...
i 12.30pm go liao...
walao..
bus too many ppl/....
hav 2 squeeze,
got trainin timetable...

got so many trainin...

still got camp...
im dead...
trainin for 3 n 1/2 hours...
we got 1 hour to do physical...

do 10 sets of footwork...
20 seconds somemore...
den rest for 5 min...
go outside Sports Hall...
to run...
must do 4 sets...
i got stitch...
tell coach...
she sae tolerate n finish the rounds....
nvm...
i try my best....and finish de rounds...
